Who we are
We are a Berlin-based DMC for educational student & group travel across Germany and Europe. For over 30 years schools and tour operators from all over the world have trusted us to design educational and leisure programs for their groups and to run every on-the-ground detail across Germany and neighboring European cities. Each year, 1,500+ school, university and adult groups travel with us. We are a dedicated team of passionate travel professionals with 20+ years of experience in the educational group travel industry and a vast first-hand knowledge of our destinations and partners.
What we do
From the first idea to the seamless operation of the trip, we handle accommodation, in-country -transportation, meals, tickets, guided tours, themed activities and language classes —as single components or complete packages— fully customized to your groups' needs. Ask us to tailor an itinerary around your groups’ cultural and academic goals—history and politics, science and technology, arts and culture, or active and sustainable themes. We offer 150+ destinations in 15 countries for Germany and Europe study trips. Beyond hostels and hotels, we also offer carefully selected family stays that give students a genuine look at daily life in Germany and a chance to practice their language skills.
Where we operate
With Berlin as our home base, we operate throughout Germany (e.g., Hamburg, Dresden, Leipzig, Munich, the Harz and Black Forest region) and organize single or multi-destination Germany or Europe programs. Quality & safety you can count on
We undergo annual TÜV Rheinland audits (voluntary since 2006) . You get a dedicated point of contact and we provide a 24hour service support for travelling groups.

Born and raised in Nuremberg, I’ve been with welcome berlin tours for 10 years. My passion? Germany’s magical Christmas markets, especially Nuremberg’s famous Christkindlesmarkt. With over 2,500 markets across the country, there’s always a new festive adventure to explore.
Ines Fuhlmann
With over 20 years of experience organizing trips for international guests across Germany and Europe. My favorite destination? Definitely Bremen and Bremerhaven, the ideal combination of cities in northern Germany for student and adult groups. Here, Hanseatic history meets unique experiences such as the Emigration Center and the Klimahaus.
